1. Question: I did not receive subscription confirmation
email?
A: Please allow a short duration before the email reaches you. Please
also check your Junk and Spam folders in your email program first. Then if you
still have not received it, click < Contact > and send the details
to us for follow up.
B: Due to the high volume of mail we send, some sites automatically consider
Puru Saxena's emails to be 'Junk' mails. Please look in your Junk
mail folder first, and if necessary, add purusaxena.com to your allowed sites.
2. Question: I can't login?
A: Be sure you are using the correct username and password for your Money
Matters subscription (case sensitive). Try checking the 'Remember Me' check
box on the login page.
B: Make sure your browser is set to accept all cookies. Then, try clearing
all cookies, and deleting your temporary internet files (including off-line
files) under < Tools -> then
in "Temporary Internet Files", click < Delete Cookies… > and then
click . Moreover, be sure that your browser's security
settings are set no higher than "medium". After that you need to re-launch
your browser to effect the new settings.
3. Question: How can I reset password?
Please click < Request NEW password > if you forget your password and
then type in your email address (same as your Username). After a short while,
the system will send you an email to your registered email address providing
a new randomly generated password. Again please check your Junk or Spam folder
if you do not receive the email. You can then log in using your Username and
the new password to assign another new password if you like, by clicking into
< Change Your Details >.
4. Question: I get logged out constantly?
If you are getting logged out constantly, then you may need to check your Cookie
settings:
In Internet Explorer, click
then click , then type 'http://www.purusaxena.com/index.php'.
Make sure the checkbox that says "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked. If
it is not, then 'check' it. If it already is, then click on .
If you see that PuruSaxena.com is listed here, click < Remove Site -> to
remove the entry. Then, add 'http://www.purusaxena.com'
to the list. Instead of using "Allow", you could also use "Allow for Session",
to be automatically logged out when the browser exits.
For AOL users, there are a couple of other things you may
try:
1) Try an alternate browser like Internet Explorer.
2) AOL uses proxy servers and normal sessions do not always work right.
To fix: (AOL: < Settings -> < Internet options ->
under "Privacy".... , then drag the bar to the bottom to where it says "accept
all cookies").
For some reasons, some computers will still not work, so the final solution
is to go to (in Internet Explorer) < Tools ->
and then add 'http://www.purusaxena.com'
and select < Allow >, then .
